Orqflow
A native mobile manager for self-hosted n8n: check workflows and executions, and stop a runaway job, from your phone.
Overview
n8n is a popular open-source automation platform without an official mobile app. Teams that host it themselves have to open a desktop browser to see whether a workflow failed overnight. Orqflow answers “is everything running?” in seconds, and lets you act on it.
- Workflows: search, tags, an active-only filter, and switching a workflow on or off.
- Executions: status and date filters, search by ID or workflow, auto-refresh while jobs run, and stopping a running execution.
- A Home Screen widget with the number of active workflows.
- Setup in three steps with a live connection test; 11 languages.
How it is built
- Native apps: Swift and SwiftUI on iOS, Kotlin and Jetpack Compose on Android, with no third-party dependencies.
- The app talks only to the user’s own server, through an open-source n8n workflow that exposes a narrow mobile API; the n8n API key never leaves the server.
- No accounts, no analytics and no third-party servers; credentials stay in the device’s secure storage.
Orqflow is an independent app for n8n and is not affiliated with or endorsed by n8n GmbH.
